I took service from asiel overseas for pr visa, I paid 34 lakh neft, they promised me that in 8 months you will get visa, but 18 months pass, not getting respond, only telling me please wait, please wait, i am sending you here all the documents that I have, like the payment receipt that I have paid asiel, conversations between me and company employees, call details, and the last 6 months of medical care that are fooling me by name. I got pcc 6 months ago, wait till today for medical, they have typical reply, plz wait, please wait update aa jayega, i added them rs 34 lacs, i pay huge interest monthly, and They refuse to give. Refunded amount.

This is Jayrajsinh Makawana here, I have applied for portugal work via on 02.08.2023 and i have paid the first 50000 as per terms.

As per contract once i will get an offer later i have to pay a fee as per contract .

After 1 month I got a call to see my offer letter and asked to pay fees to your address but the office closed and shifted to a new address. (no one informed me that the office will be shifted).

I have demanded to see my original offer letter but they show me just xerox but it's ok also asking to give me a copy for my proof not not given to me.

I forgot to click a picture of the letter and pay another 50000 fees as per terms and conditions. But asking for 1 lac is also ok. I ask if I will come Monday and give you cash and leave the office.

My sister in London she want to see offer letter i have to call to mr Kalpesh he will not pick up call for 3 day even not reply in whatsapp after see my msg.

After 3 day he asked to come to offer and take he talk to me very rudely with very bad face as he was benevolence(upkar)

4.ABOVE ALL REASON NOW I CAN NOT BELIVE ON COMPANY PROMISE FOR VISA MAY BE YOU LEFT US IN PORTUGAL ALONE .
5.BIGGEST REASON IS MR KALPESH THEY TREAT US LIKE BEGGAR(BHIKHARI) ONLY ONE IS IS ENOUGH FOR CANCELATION.

I was flying from Delhi to Bangkok while doing immigration check no one told me regarding arrival immigration regulation at Bangkok when i asked them 2 time is there any rule or visa i have to acquire while transisting through Bangkok.
They said everything is clear no need of transit visa or any documents.

But after reaching Bangkok they stop me at security check and asked me to go back to india because I don't have Thai pass.
After all things when my family connects Delhi airport staff they still denied that I don't need some pass like that.

I have to spend my 16 hours at Bangkok airport and return next day to india.
It's all immigration check officers fault because they grant me immigration check.

All i want is to make rules crystal clear to everyone and for compensation i need my both ticket money from Delhi to Bangkok and Bangkok to Delhi

Hello I have been looking for a job overseas so a company name Checkpoint Overseas called and said can help regarding job search and placement.
So the lady Named Miss Naina said no expense except medical of 6000 inr.
I said great got appointment with hospital did medical next day for filing another 6000 .
and after payment they said now you can wait for interview call
after few days lady said more money around 10500 than I asked for some proof
they sent a fake once
now they wasted 1.5 year with my 21000 as i paid two times and now they are not responding at all
I gave a call from different phone number
the lady explained me same thing but with the first payment for medical

I have made a payment of INR 70000 on Oct 29, 2017, towards Fee for Canada PR in the year 2017, none of the phone numbers or the email id's are working and there has been no response from the company.
I have been cheated by taking money and i was told that the company has shut their operation.

This is a complaint in regards to a visit to abhinav immigration, devika tower, 407, 4th floor, building no.6, nehru place, new delhi, delhi 110019 on 30th november, 2019 with amarjeet kaur.

After visiting the office, i was forced to sign up. She was very pushy with her sales and gave on time for us to think and made us pay rs 5900.00 on the very first visit to the office.

When she asked us to sign up, she mentioned it will be refunded if decide to not not sign up with them. The payment was made on the basis of the refund she promised with no time period mentioned for the refund.

I was unable to get back to them for almost a month as i was travelling, after a month or two, i spoke to them and asked for the refund, amarjeet denied the refund. She said, the refund would only happen with a month after the signup.

I was provided no help from the people i spoke to in terms of this case which has compelled me today to file a complaint for the refund i was promised.
I have attached the copy of my payment in the site so in hope that other people do not get cheated like me and these kinda deceptive sales should stop by agencies as such.

Saudi requiting is on get good salalry in retails i said yes im intersted apply for that. Forward my cv and document to his email id. After a week sabu call me ask some registration fees for visa process and i transferred to his bank account 25000/- rs in just 2 week work visa be get done soon after 4 week that agent (Sabu varghese) not answer my phone call and block my number (Blacklist) couple of months try to meet that agents its fails, by allah grace one of his frinds call me tell me that agents in chennai conduct interviews in hotel room at that time i left to meet him at hotel. But he left the hotel room and his friend there in lobby i had a chat with them saying im in big troudle i need my money back help me. And they agrey with me. Afer they went back to delhi forward his personal number of that agents.
And i call him agents explains (Sabu varghese)

Im not well admit in hospital give some time iwill submit your passport get your work visa done soon. That agent conveince me he will done my process soon.

After a months say oman work visa is available urgently need staff 100% visa get.
Service charge is 3 lakhs for process. I[censored] can pay then only u will get visa and almost 6 months completed when i meet that agent first time.
This guys no.1 cheater in india looted thousand of candidates lakhs of rupees enjoy in bar and living lavish life from our hard earn money. They cheated people for money

A travel agency by name tejas overseas solutions, 2nd floor, behind s. S. D. Girls college, bhatinda - 151001, punjab has contacted me over phone to my mobile stating that they are the authorized agents to provide job opportunity to indian citizens in canada, australian countries. They has als sent me the udyog aadhaar memorandum as registered agents. After a week, a document "employment contract letter" from pcl, canada which is a multi national company on the letter head of the company has received by me for the post of hr data entry with a salary of 3, 000 dollars providing visa documentation, free food, accommodation and air ticket. A signed copy of letter was sent to them from my side also as acceptance of job offer. After 10 days i have received a call from them (A lady by name manisha sharma - this lady contracts me from the beginning) has given an appointment for medical test in new ashwini diagnostic center, sentacruz, mumbai by paying rs.6, 000/- as medical test fee. They had sent me the medical report also. After 20 days the same lady called up and asked to check for the details given in the air ticket which they already booked on my behalf. On the same days itself she had asked me to pay an amount of rs.15, 000/- as security amount against air ticket which they booked in my name. I had made the payment of rs.15, 000/- in the name of tejas overseas solutions thru online bank payment. Payment receipt is available. The date of flight is 24th october 2019 and there is no messages and calls from them and tried to contact them, they are not lifting calls or giving reply to my messages. The above correspondence has done on whatsapp number and mobile calls only. Some call conversation recording is also there with me.

I am Rajanna just now lodged complaint against The Prime Track Delhi regarding the non refund of the money deposited. There is typographical error I have paid around RS 1.80 lacs not 2.80 lacs. Sorry for the error. I am retired from Canara Bank.My son Prashanth K R was contacted by Prime Track Delhi Immigrant company to get him a job and visa.This happened in 2015 16. He has passed IELTS test two time with 5 points. But the immigrant firm never contacted Prashanth even after 4 years. When I asked them to refund the money deposited, Mr Singh cited some irrelavant clauses in the agreement and asked me to pay more money. They finally (Mr Rajeev Sharma) agreed to pay in instalments and took the Bank Account number 2 years back. So far i have no received any amount from them. They are not responding to my mails also. I will send copy of the mails i sent to the firm if required. They have no ethics except making money by hook or crook. Innocent people with the hope of getting abroad opportunity approach and pay them sufficient amount. I am a retired Bank Manager paid the above amount out of my terminal benefits. My health condition is also not good as I am high diabetics and hypertension person aged 70 years. Kindly help me to get back my money and oblige sir.

My son prashant paid rs 2.80 lacs in 2015-16 with the hope of getting employment in canada appeared for ielte test and secured 5 points. I am his father and requested mr singh and rajeev sharma to refund the money as he my son is no more interested. Mr singh cited some claauses in agreement and assured me to pay in installments. He bind the candidates with baseless classes in agreement as not to refund money at a later date i feel it is not legal. But so far no reply is received. It seems they have no ethics and not keep up their words. It is my hard earned money and paid out of terminal benefits. I am retired senior manager from canara please help me to get back the money as i have to pay my medical expenses

I got a call from destination overseas preethi regarding job in canada, they said that company name a&w as a store manager you will get work permit no need pay any money visa air ticket accommodation everything's is free free
Initially for registration fees they said to me to pay 1500 after confirmation on bond again i have to pay 6500 which is not refundable in bond they clearly written that destination overseas is helping you to tourist visa for canada in case candidate drop in the middle of the process he has to pay 15000rs this is the bond i agreed and signed.
Once i paid 6500 then they said me to file me document which is education resume passport copy i have submitted for lmia report after two days they called me and said sir your experience is not matching with current profile so you have to pay 6000 for experience certificate i paid them this amount and they said it is refundable
20 days finished finally lmia report came they called me and said your lmia report came and you have to submit your passport and 15000rs for visa charges and bank statement with minimum of 20000 rs for filing a visa immediately urgently
I asked them to send a copy of lmia report copy and offer letter to mail id they said no you will get it once your passport is stamped
Then i deposited 15000rs to their bank account they said with in 15 to 25 days you will get the visa after 5 days they have given me tracking id number to trace my passport status in vfs global
After 25 days i again got a call from naina who is the frd of preethi she said sir urgently you have to pay 25000rs for ticket confirmation which is refundable i asked her till not i don't get any confirmation from visa how can i pay she said no sir your visa 101 percent sure you will get it but right ni season ticket are not available please deposit fastly so that i can confirm you ticket details in next day
Then i called preethi naina called me and said me to deposit 25000 for ticket confirmation whether i have to pay or not she said pay her at that time i don't have money i put my gold in muthhot finance and borrowed money and paid to naina account
2 days is finished i dint get any confirmation regarding ticket or visa naina phone is switch off then i drop a mail to destination overseas i told them about the story manager anu madam said me you lost your money preethi is theif she looted lot money from our client so raise the complaint on her then anu madam has given me police online link i raised the complaint one month is finished no action was taken after two months my visa was rejected embassy clearly mentioned that u don't not show your funds, employment is not clear not shown travel history
By seeing this really i am so upset now i cant file any visa to any country upto 6 months to 3 years now my age is 37 after 3 years 40 at that age going to abroad is unecessaary better live in india
Then i made a call to anu madam almost 1week after she lift my call and said sorry for your visa status then i asked her what about my 6000 and 25000 which is refundable simply she said 6000 i will discussion with my senior madam and 25000 you ask preethi dont ask me i am busy with other client
Now see how these people are ruined my life i lost 8000rs for registration 6000 work experience certificate 15000 for tourist visa 110 cad for tourist visa that means 7500 but these people charges 7500 extra from me again 25000 for ticket charges
Almost i lost 54000 rs from these people till now no refund these people they dont how much funds should be shown for tourism visa minimum 3 lakhs should be in bank balance if company id providing offer letter why dont you apply directly work visa

Immigration overseas, DelhiI is a pathetic consultant company, Its a company who cannot track what their team doing on their client files and provides all fake details to client. Its been almost 04 years in my case, they are still struggling to come up with firm response. Incase any one looking for Consultancy, do not even think of this company to consult.
There are thousand of other consultant in market, try them but not this company. Complete waste of money and precious time. In case anyone need what ### I am talking about, I can provide details of my case as well.
Till the time they do not receive their money, they keep on calling every week taking feedback, after that like any other stupid person, we run behind these smart bunch of people.

Its been more than 18 months i have registered with them for canada pr visa. Till now i did not visa.

Before starting the process itself i have completed my ielts and informed them that i will not be taking any ielts exam again and this is my final score (6.0 in all). They told this score is enough to get the visa in canada and that too 100% chances of getting visa. Now they are asking me to write ielts exam again or pay 1lakh more for pnp that too for some province which does not have any opportunity.

I asked for some other provinces and immediately that lady cut the call saying we have only option for this or wait forever.

I don't know what kind of attitude is that.

I suggesting that if any one having ielts score 8 7 7 7 or more then try otherwise dont even think about canada or australia.
These consultancy people knew that even then they will ask us to pay and act like getting visa but nothing gonna happen.

I would like to inform you that, i had a very bad experience with this immigration overseas. I had applied for pr to australia.

I have already paid 90, 000 indian rupees and unfortunately i was not able to proceed further due the fact my company had sent me to us couple of times.

I informed them that to put my application on hold until i reach back india. One fine day i got mail that my file is closed and i need to pay 30k to renew.

I had not get any email notification before that my case is good to get closed and for renewal if you are asking 30k rupees again and that does not make any sense. As per the previous telephone communications with someone named ananya sharma ([protected]@immigrationoverseas.com), i was keep on asking and and she was keep on telling me that, there is no extra payment required and only acs payment is required. One fine day she was asking 30 k extra to this immigration overseas. Paying to acs is ok to me.

I have paid already 90, 000 to them, i have not received any progressive service from their side and i wanted at-least the half refund. And now they are asking me that i needs to pay 30k again.

Later someone named shivani has called me and she was telling that she is the boss and she cannot refund the money at all as they never had such policy. I have asked why you need again 30k, and her reply was to create a login in acs and upload your document? What the heck?

For 90k, what they did so far was, just sent a sample resume of someone and just created a sign in in acs website. Is this worth for 90k?

I wanted to escalate this until i get my money refunded other i am ready to go with legal action against this institution.

I feel that these people are looting the money, and guys please stay away.

Awaiting for a faster resolution to this.

When i registered with them they promised to arrange a job for me, so i deposited 37, 000. I passed my ielts with 6 band and then they showed me real check list of documents. I already my eca, i asked them only for job rest i will take care, but after getting the money they ask me to get more documents from uae. I submitted what i can do but because they ask me more and more so i asked for refnd. They initiate it but meanwhile i got chance to go uae so i restart the process. While in uae they donot give me right advise when i came back india they started again me to give iets even donot care how will thwy manage my 2 years job gap that i was workng as freelancer if they cannot manage my real jobs. At last when i asked for refund and nothing happened i take the help of social media and they sent me legal notice to pay the next installment. My only concern is why they donot give me right documents list while registering and they are laughing if we ask them. I have no money to hire a lawyer and all and living alone, please take some action seriously

And collected 1180 with fake service tax inclusive invoice stamped with /redacted/ services.

After week days received legal assessment form and requested to pay 50, 000 + 18% gst 9, 000 totall 59, 000/-.

A poor house-wife was planning travel to Bahrain today (21-Oct-2016 Gulf Air G69 4.10 am flight) with valid family visa (Valid Dependent Visa). She doesn't know any other language other than Tamil. But officers are talking English and Hindi.

Our great (highly Prof/everything known) Immigration officers are saying this is work visa. But the visa paper clearly saying FAMILY visa. Officers said that visa is invalid not able to travel. The lady was crying like anything then I (who travelling with the same flight) went there and asked what happening? She explained to me the issues.

Then I explained to those GREAT officers that “The visa is issued by Bahrain Gov. and visa tittle itself saying family visa then what is the problem” because I am been last 15 years in Bahrain. I know, how Bahrain visa will be. If you have any doubt please check in Bahrain Govt. web site (http://lmra.bh).”
But those great officers are not allow me to talk and also they were threaten to me that do not talk too much we will off-load you. By the time my departure time is near I left from there.

Finally the lady was off-load from flight by the GREAT (highly Prof/everything known) officers.

My questions are

1. Why the Great officers are not accepting valid family visa.
2. Why Indian Govt. is placed such bad attitude and illiterate officers.
3. Everyone knows in Tamil Nadu (South India), most of the people doesn’t know Hindi. Why not officers should be in Tamil or Knowledge of Tamil.
4. Why they are not ready to hearing to others or check relevant document in respective area or locations.
