[Resolved]  Immigration Overseas in Delhi — Incompetent and poor communication

I tied up with these people for processing my application
for getting my 489 visa for Australia, they charged me 47, 000 for this and they
told me that they will be able to get my sponsorship done with Expression of
Interest and then file for the visa and that the process will be completed in 2 to 3
months but they have not succeeded so far. They never call back you have to
keep on dialing their number and even after that they refuse to come on the
phone
I contacted an agent in Australia and he told me that these people are hiding
something from you, they should have been able to get my sponsorship and by
this time i should have been able to file my papers for the visa. I doubt if I discontinue
will they not return my money, they have not incurred any other expenditure on
my behalf, are they legally bound to refund my money back...I want some advice
on this. I don't wish to continue with them but need some advice no this.
