This is Jayrajsinh Makawana here, I have applied for portugal work via on 02.08.2023 and i have paid the first 50000 as per terms.

As per contract once i will get an offer later i have to pay a fee as per contract .

After 1 month I got a call to see my offer letter and asked to pay fees to your address but the office closed and shifted to a new address. (no one informed me that the office will be shifted).

I have demanded to see my original offer letter but they show me just xerox but it's ok also asking to give me a copy for my proof not not given to me.

I forgot to click a picture of the letter and pay another 50000 fees as per terms and conditions. But asking for 1 lac is also ok. I ask if I will come Monday and give you cash and leave the office.

My sister in London she want to see offer letter i have to call to mr Kalpesh he will not pick up call for 3 day even not reply in whatsapp after see my msg.

After 3 day he asked to come to offer and take he talk to me very rudely with very bad face as he was benevolence(upkar)

REASON FOR CANCELATION:-

1.VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AFTER ENROLMENT
2.MR KALPESH IS ONE OF BADEST PERSON IN COMPANY HE EVEN DO NOT KNOW HOW TO TALK WITH CUSTOMER
3.MR KALPESH NEVER PICK UP CALL AND NEVER REPLY ON WHATSAPP AFTER SEE MSG.
4.ABOVE ALL REASON NOW I CAN NOT BELIVE ON COMPANY PROMISE FOR VISA MAY BE YOU LEFT US IN PORTUGAL ALONE .
5.BIGGEST REASON IS MR KALPESH THEY TREAT US LIKE BEGGAR(BHIKHARI) ONLY ONE IS IS ENOUGH FOR CANCELATION.

ADVICE FOR COMPANY;

IF YOU WANT TO RUN YOUR BUSINESS THEN PLEASE FOCUS ON CUSTOMER SERVICE. ALSO PLEASE TRAINING TO YOUR MR KALPESH TO HOW TO TALK TO CUSTOMER.(TE AVU MANE CHE KE TE AMARA PER UPKAR KARI RAHIYA CHE A BADHU KAM KARINE)

GOOD TO FIRE MR KALPESH FROM COMPANY YOU HAVE BILD GOOD BRANDING BUT MR KALPESH SPOILED YOUR BRAND REPUTATION .

ALL STAFF IS GOOD IN YOUR OFFER ACCEPT THEN MR KALPESH.
