Immigration Overseas — Refund of money

i am nishank, i had gone to immigration overseas for councling for which they charge rs. 1000/- but there they convenced me a lot for being an aaplicant and to pay 45 thousand, but i was having only 15000 at that time so they took that amount to provide me a check list, , but when i go thorough the pages they provided me that was totally different from which the told me verbally. and now thery r not refunding me it back even they didnt do any thing for me no document they took,

I haven't got a single call from this company after submitting my complaint on consumer forum. This way I will not get the Justice. What should be my next step?
