I got a call today from Omair after few months who is a Process Specialist aligned to me to get a job in Canada as explained earlier. His call was not meant of discussion rather it was life threatening call for me. So before I move on, I would like to convey that if something happens to life by any means, complete responsibility would be of Immiways Team and Omair (+[protected].
His communication was like I have done something very dangerous or wrong task by highlighting the issue here. He told me that his company legal team would take appropriate action against me. I have breached the contract. I should have contacted him before raising the issue in social media etc.
I would like to highlight few more points now please:
Initially when we started the process, didn't Immiways team contact me often to make the payments? Yes couple of them called me often. Then why there were no calls for such a long duration after all I had deserved to be called by you or Immiways team.
Didnt I escalte to Sara whom I had interacted earlier that Omair is not really taking care of process correctly or rigorously? Yes I did. Told her politely that allocate someone else if Omair is occupied few times.
Didnt I escalte Sara and team that Omair looks to be rude? Yes I did but I was tried to convince by Immiways that he will take care of things moving forward after two times escalations.
Didnt I ask for escalation process? Yes I did post the above. Why did I ask for it? Nobody really looked at why did I ask that in such inital stage?
Does not it annoy as I didnt have a job and when requested for extended support, did anyone else in Immiways called me up to discuss whats happening? How come now you (Omair/team) or Legal Team is activelly trying to contact me which was needed if dealt correctly right?
Omair was very rude today as well as he used to be earlier. I asked him that why wasn't there a call so far, answer from Omair was that "in 2 years of time, we cant call you every week". Did I ever ask you or Immiways to call me every week? Not at all then why such rude response pls?
He was mentioning today again now that my wife should have taken up the IELTS exam. I told many times that my wife is not a graduated person. She is not good at English and can not clear IELTs or such exams. If this was the major concern, then you should have told me to back off and you would take care of returning my amount. Why should I pay you and Immiways additional amount knowing the fact my wife cant clear the exams?Omair kept repeating the same question again.
When I spoke to him earlier about my IELTs exam, he was ok if I even scope 6 across. After I got 6 score, he asked me to go for the test again as I'm still not got the required score. I never denied any of his communications but why there was not such commitment from immiways when I'm trying to do everything from end. After going through all of these difficulties, he calls me up today after seeing this complaint and tried talks to me rudely.
Omair - please stop threatening me anymore. Do not do such conversations with anyone else it would really be difficult for the person to perceive such threats and the result could be worst.
Finally, Omair stated that if I had followed the process of calling them and requesting for refund Immiways could have done something. Does not it mean that by saying so you are not obeying the process please?
Overall, I would need my refund amount + others expenses I have been going through to take the complaint please.

I would first like to console you that you have written complaint with much patience and diligence which is completely wrong and invalid pointers, but why you haven’t placed any such complaint on our website complaint Box?
There is no such complaint against any team member of ours and you have only placed complaints here to ruin our company status and reputation. All the Accusation you have raised upon Immiways Migration and the Team are completely bogus.
Our Team has worked for filing your application for WES and assists you for IELTS even but you have failed to get the required score and you have hide the very important point that you use “hearing AID” and which have affected you for getting a good IELTS Score. You are falling short of 2-3 points for Eligibility and our team has requested you to re-attempt for IELTS or your spouse to attempt for IELTS but you have refused for both. There are options and multiple ways which has to be utilized to get a successful visa, but you denied on everything.
Our team did our best to apply for your PR application with other alternative options under PNP. We were in continues follow up with you and have been coordinating on frequent basis.
We do not blame you or accuse you of anything because we understand that you are frustrated and emotionally hurt as you are currently not working and you are in desperation to migrate Canada asap. But please do understand that there are certain norms, protocol and procedure of Canada Immigration, which had to be followed by you and our team. Sometime if our Case Officer will be occupied with online submission of files and won’t be available to pick up calls but surely they call back and reply through email.
We have all the screenshot proof of the emails sent to you and the call history, which will clarify that there was no lack of communication.
I would humbly suggest you not to place any such aggressive comments, which ruins company reputation. It makes a false statement and gives a wrong impression to our clients, which cannot be tolerated.
If you repeat the same then we would be forced to take a legal action under the act of Law.
