I enrolled for a course in IMS India. But one week later I requested for cancellation and refund my fees after deducting the certain amount. But they are not willing to refund the fees. However they have a policy not to refund the fees and written in the Form which I missed out and signed. But IMS Staff did not mention about the non refundable of fees. I am having some problems as I am working and not able to find time to continue the course as it is getting difficult for the timing as now a days most of the time I am travelling. Every institution return their fees after deducting some amount but this people are not doing so. Please help me out if I can get refund of my money after deduction of some certain percentage.
