I had enrolled in SimCAT Comprehensive 2023 course with IMS India yesterday, i.e., 08/09/2023. I confirmed with their front office and they informed me that the fee was refundable. I continued with the purchase and I was highly dissatisfied with their online interface.

I requested a refund on the same day, i.e., 08/09/2023. However, upon raising a complaint ticket, I was told that the fee is non-refundable and their course details do not mention this and if true, I was informed incorrectly by their front office.

I hail from a poor household. My parents cannot afford to lose the money on services I am not planning to continue. I haven't even logged into the account and haven't used the services because of dissatisfactory interface. I do not even plan on giving the concerned exam two years from hence, yet the team insists I continue with their services. I would really like the refund as soon as possible.

I visited Ims in January for MAT but they said it will start from February. Again when I visited in February they said it will start from March and in this way they kept on postponing. On April, I and my father went to the Ims coaching center and was manipulated to take CAT classes(I'm saying 'Manipulated' because I wanted to opt for MAT not for CAT, if they don't have MAT class, they should have directly told us. But instead they forced us to take CAT). So on 26 April 2022 my father made the full payment of ₹38499 and I had done one repeat class of theirs. After the class I felt so devastated as I wasn't able to catch anything and hence I felt demotivated. So I decided not to continue the classes. Hence I want my full money back as it is my father's hard earned money.

I contacted my centre DELHI NCR- CP,
Mrs anuradha several times but she didn't picked my call and one or two times she picked as well and said not to solve my problem and when i said to complaint against IMS and she said Ok go and complaint, that's very bad behaviour from such a big reputed coaching centre.

I have enrolled in ims ludhiana for 3 year law entrance preparation but after one month i dont want to continue. They are not refunding my fee. I have paid 42000 rs. Please get me a refund.

I have enrolled for gre and phd abroad program where they gave me a guarantee of an admit from any one universities out of 7 universities we applied for. So, i paid 40k to them and later when i did not get any reply from the universities they said we don't give guarantee for phd, we cannot do anything. I asked to refund my consultation fee but they said its not possible. This is utter non-sense, if they don't give guarantee then the counselor should have told me before. Moreover, the consultant was not good at all, she did not know many things, could not help me in any way possible. I knew more than her about the universities and requirements. This is really 3rd class, please don't waste time people by joining ims. I could have joined some other institute, they are only taking money and not helping you.

I had enrolled in ims dwarka in june 2015.
For mba catapult 2015. My ims pin was 7aa01406.
I had payed rs. 19740. I left the institute after 2 weeks as the learning was up to the mark. I was not satisfied. I shared the same with dwarka branch and they said they will look into the matter but nothing is communicated till now and it has been 2 years. This is highly not appreciable as it is not a small amount that i can leave.

I enrolled for a course in IMS India. But one week later I requested for cancellation and refund my fees after deducting the certain amount. But they are not willing to refund the fees. However they have a policy not to refund the fees and written in the Form which I missed out and signed. But IMS Staff did not mention about the non refundable of fees. I am having some problems as I am working and not able to find time to continue the course...

IMS Delhi NCR is not able to pay salaries on time. Faculties and other support staff are not treated well. how can they have good faculties? Infact i would advise them to join TIME education the largest and the best institute for MBA ( CAT ) / BBA /Bank PO entrance preparation institute in delhi. You will not find a single faculty at IMS Delhi who has completed one year. Course Material that IMS has is very outdated as company is suffering from huge looses. almost all CAT batches strength is 1 to 7 students. Only very very avg students enroll with IMS as IMS is able to fool them. But in BBA entrance they are able to get large no of students due to strong marketing activities but IMS do not contribute any thing in enhancing their knowledge. some of the intelligent students who get enroll gives results. Its a complete waste of money and time to join IMS. You can visit Time Education / Career Launcher/ MBA Guru and ask about the financial health, management, course material of the IMS and all will tell you the same story. The International Montessori School which claims to be a part of Some Uttar Pradesh school.
Now we admitted our kid in this school. The school people showed us many facilities including food( breakfast).
The school Owner Sunil Patel rented this IMS in a school named Gandhinagar International Public School (randheja,Gandhinagar)
The facilities odfthe school IMS were shown in this GIPS and within 3 months they vacated GIPS and Rented in another School named SCHOOL FOR EXCELLENCE, and told in meeting that all the facilities will be done in the new campus alos. Till date we as parents are waiting for facilities. owner clearly told us he is going to give the present facility but he wants full fees. We are very much in a fix.
What to Do? We have also given Some amount as Admission Fees. and the owner in meeting has made is clear that he is not sure about the next year what can we as parents do in this case. Now School again is changing the campus. how much do we have to wait. Any advise please help ASAP.

My sister enrolled for Bank P.O coaching in IMS learning center, koramangala branch, bangalore by paying Rs. 4000 in advance and next day due to some personal reasons my sister had to travel back to my native place (katni (M.P)) and hence i approached the IMS learning center to get the fee refund since she is not able to attend the study course anymore. But they denied to give money refund saying it is against their policy, which they never...
