IMS Noida — Refusal of refund of reg fee.

I had taken admission in IMS noida but due mine famliya personal problem I am able to attend classes, but my councillor is saying that if you were paid 50000 in your registration then we can refund it but paid 30000 . But at time of payment they did not tell me about this .Now is this a logic . I want refund please understand it important of me . I am also adding payment receipt .
