I took admission in ims noida for pgdm batch 2022-24 and paid a registration amount of 15225 on 30th June 2022, but now i wanna retract my admission, I've filed for retraction one month back, but they're ignoring my calls, and not complying with anything.

I have worked as a HR with IMS, Noida. Till date I am following up with them for the Salary but no response. They are not receiving my call, not replying of my email.

My salary is stuck with them. They are fraud. Cheaters.

I took admission in ims noida for pgdm batch 2021-23 and paid a registration amount of 40000 on 9th april 2021, but now i wanna retract my admission, I've filed for retraction 20 days back, but they're ignoring my calls, and not complying with anything....

This institute is a big fraud nd lier. They just loot money.
I have submitted 25000 on 13th March and asked for the refund next week but now its been 6 month they have not refunded me. They just postponing the dates. This institute is fraud and they even don't fear for doing this they behave like mafia. We should stand together because many peoples money are trapped by this institute.

I have deposited (50597rs) payment id[protected] to IMS noida sec 62 as they asked me for seat reservation.But after few weeks due to some family problems i consult to the Mam name Neha Chawla that i won't be able to continue this course on phone as i am from Kanpur, she started consoling nd pressuring me to not to do so and she promised that if you still have the problem i will ask the management and they will refund you...I also went to college but there she is also not listening and consoled me to go back home nd told me to let us talk to your parents then only i will refund.I make her talk to my dad and then also she said she is out of station and will come back on 15 may and the only will informed us...I messaged her yesterday about this and now she is denying saying its a managemet decesion and i am still out od station let me come back.
Please help me in this...

i have taken admission in ims college situated in noida (u.p.) for bba course and have paid full fees. without any intimation they have postponed
The date of opening of college from 29th july to 28th august, 2016.
i had send request for cancellation of my admission and refund of fees
On dtd. 20.08.2016 and have send several reminders but till now i have not received any feed back at their end. requested to please do need full and

On 12 June 2010 i was appear for GD and PI for Post graduate diploma in Management at Institute of management studies Noida ( AICTE approved). was informed about my selection vide letter date 15 June 2010 issued by Ms. Varsha Khurana, Head-Admission.The aforesaid letter dated 15 June 2010 also contains other information along with fee structure. The aforesaid letter was followed by letter date 06 July 2010 and 20 July 2010 informing about last date of submission of fees at 06 August 2010 and 10 August 2010 respectively, the undersigned deposited Rs. 50,450=00 only vide receipt No. 4119 for admission in Post Graduate Diploma In management , 1st year,[protected] on 06 July 2010. I wanted to deposit balance fees by the due date i.e. by 10 august 2010 but could not arrange the same in time and as such withdrawn my admission from the Institution and also requested for refund of my fees. i was called by institution staff of admission department on 27 August 2010 for refund of fees. I approached institution good self as well as others officials on 27 August 2010 where Institution staff admission department refused to refund the fees.
Still i am not got my fees refund
i was send them lots of letter and E-mails but they didn't gives replay.
I request you to help me in getting refund my fees back o[censored]ndersigned i.e. rs. 50,450=00.

Dear sir,
i am passed out MBA student[protected] batch) of college IMS Noida. i want my security money (including college and hostel security money (8000+3000=11000)) back. i contacted many times but each time date is extended from college side.
as per my knowledge, security should be returned back immediately after issuing final degree of the student. and its more 2.5 years gone and still we are waiting for our security money.
will you please help me in getting my money back
