Cable net work complains were given to customer service tel 6694 8993 on 17.05.16. The customer service seems to be so artificial, in style focusing less attention to resolving problems with a background of noisy staff. Always advice given through phone for technical defects instead of personal visit. I had a problem with message 7 bad signal. Each time various advice are given by different experts, but no use. And each time particulars are required for personal details. When the message is clearly stating no connection, technical error appreciate a visit.Instead another number both landline or mobile are given which is either not responding or not existing and the experts are satisfied by doing their duties. Will they improve the services?
