Dd sports, which is free channel & is assured during the selection of a channel by mogambo start tv network was not available during cricket matches on sunday & wednesday
When contacted cable, there was no satisfactory explanation, when contacted in cable, was told that will check the connection, but there was no response
Pl suggest, as a customer what i can do & where i will get the required support...

We can not view our channels since last two week . Our cable service provider is not responding and the consumer service care helpline is always busy . I have complained about this to Consumer affairs portal and the id number is 1178747. Our cable service provider is also not responding regarding the new tariff and the pack started by TRAI .
I hope you take proper action soon....

Cable net work complains were given to customer service tel 6694 8993 on 17.05.16. The customer service seems to be so artificial, in style focusing less attention to resolving problems with a background of noisy staff.
