In Digital Cable — Some channels are not visible ,error 7

I have indigital cable connection my STB no.is[protected] .I recharged with 280 foundation pack, Sony, pack and star pack but so many channels are not visible .on the screen error 7 show.I had complaint to local operator and indigital cable provider my complaint no.4411153 and 4412022 and so many times last 4 months but not done any actions on my complaint.
I paid 280 per month but service only 150 rupees so plz solve my problems.
