They do not resolve issues instead they will keep you phone on hold and give all bull reasons if you cross question them. Once they recognize who is on line they will next time not pick up the phone on the same day. They always keep on blaming operator and expects customer to understand issue. While asking for renewal they will be on time but when it comes to resolving issues they are WORST. Never go for this service until you want a headache on regular basis.
