Inb Billjunction Dot Com Tech_biljun Payments — Payment stuck, not refunded

I have made a property tax payment twice on 16th August 2023 of an amount (1377+[protected]. The transaction was unsuccessful but the amount has bee deducted from my SBI account. Till now I am waiting for refund. But the amount was not credited to my account till now. kindly do the needful to get back my lost amount.
