An amount of rs 1010 paid towards thrissur electricity board got debited from my bank account and stuck at payment gateway end kindly refund this money back to my bank account or else pass on this amount to thrissur electricity board....

[protected]IGAOYJAM in last financial year but i`m unable to get why my account is debited. I am unable to get which financial services i`m availing from Bill Junction Dot Com.

I made online transfer against School Transport service (Mothers Global Public School) of INR 8021.24 ( including internet facility charges) on 14th October 2022. Amount has been debited with record mentioning "INB Billjunction dot com TECH_BILJUN Payments" : transaction ref id: [protected]IGAOMDGOW5, but school record shows failed transaction.

Please resolve or suggest whom to approach...

I have made successful transaction to Bill junction dot com from SBI internet banking On 24/03/2025 of Rs 1770.but it was not received till 14/04/2025 to UPMC Lucknow.

So Kindly charge back / refund the paid amount 1770 Rs to my transection SBI account .
Later on 15 /04/2025 made successful transaction to UPMC Lucknow (attached documents below) for above mentioned same enrollment no

I used netbsnking for transfer of Rs. 430/- to Uttatakhand Pey jal on 21 Mar 25. Amount has been transferred through INB Billjunction. Amount has already been debited to my amount but still awaited to payee.

Request expedite to clear the amount to avoid any delay
