Plzz dispatch my pan card urgently i need it very much otherwise i has been losting my 1 year for study. I need pan card for study loan but incone tax department never send my pan card. I request him daily for 3 months plzz dispatch it earlier i need it i am belonging to very poor family and my father was not alived now i have no money for study. There is a way to study is the loan processer and i have achieved a offer letter from our institute but income tax department not dispatch my pan card.. So thats why i am losing my study plzzz jlde mera pan card dispatch krdo
