Income Tax Department — Aadhaar Pan Card Linking

I have paid 500 rs for linking pan with aadhaar on June 30, 2022. But Still it is not linked. When asking to customer care they said it takes 4-7 days to link and after June 30 the penalty is 1000 rs. and they are refusing to refund my 500 rs money and asking to repay full amount of 1000 rs. Then where is my 500 rs ? Please help me someone to get refund
