Income Tax Department — Amount Debited in Savings Account. But, Shows Payment Failed in Income Tax Portal

My Name is M. Thamim Ansar. My Younger Sister Name is M. Hawwabi.
My Sisters PAN No. is ANYPH6971J.
My Sisters Aadhar No. is[protected].
Amount Paid CRN Number is [protected]..
My sister Linked her PAN with AADHAR on 23.03.2023 through IncomeTax Portal and paid fine Rs. 1, 000/- under Minor head 500 - Other Receipts(500) and Major head 0021 [Income Tax (Other than Companies)] using Indian Bank Net Banking (Savings Account No. [protected]).
The Payment was successfull and amount debited in my sisters saving account. CRN Number is [protected].. But, the Income Tax Payment portal shows payment failed. So, I request you to Link My Sisters PAN with AADHAR as soon as possible. Otherwise please refund my sisters amount..
