Income Tax Department — BBFPV1730D pan is not de activated yet

Hi Team,
I am from poor background I have 2 pan cards but honestly I used only one pan card for my financial transactions. I have sent application with court affidavit to income tax department for de activations. But still income tax people not taken any action on it. Still my pan card showing as active. I am trying to apply for home loan but due to this 2 pan card active my home loan keep on getting rejecting.

Updated by vinayakpatil1984 Have attached the application acceptance letter along with affidavit. Please look into this matter as soon as possible bcz I am not able to apply loan anywhere I am in big trouble
