Sir Gud Eveng, I want to submit that a private financer Mr Anil kumar Bhalla urf Kaka s/o Lt Sh charan Dass Bhalla R/O H No : - 474 sector 2 Panchkula Haryana is taking 10% intrest daily from peoples 2 months ago a person commeted an sucied and write his name in his sucied note but he gave bribe to investigation officer and threaten his son & wife and finished the matter by giving total amount Rs 35 lacs .Sir in 10 years how he had purchased 10 Marla house cost 2.5 cr H No 714 sector - 4 Panchkula Haryana and after 3 years 16 Marla corner house No - 474 sector - 2 Panchkula. He demolished it and built new house on that plot costs Rs - 4 to 5 crores as he told me. One house at Pinjore Haryana. 2 flats in Baddi Nalagarh H.P, One showroom in Zirakpur District SAS Nagar Mohali Punjab 3, 4 cars all bearing Registration No 0002.flats in Mamta Enclave. Agriculture lands as he was doing service at that time in SS Bath Panchkula and earning 10 - 15 Thousand per month aprox till 2005.His sons are also faceing trail in panchkula court in Arms Act. Sir he has black money in crs u are requested to investigate the matter and u 'll get some more documents I 'll help u sir during your investigation and I not afraid, as an Indian it's my duty to inform you You just raid and will be surprised that an person have property in crores. Thanks

Updated by Ripu Rana Sir, Pls take action his mobile number is [protected] .Tape his calls and u'll came to know about his illegal activities. His elder son mobile number is [protected].They both r running finance company 10% intrest monthly. Took blank papers signed from peoples in this area against money and for providing Loan, after that they execute sell to agreement on these blank singed documents and blackmail peoples. Peoples of this area is suffering mentally & Physical pain .He has a group in which there are Politicians sons, Govt officers (Tehsildar) sons and some police personals and they all threatens people to pay 10% daily in some cases. Updated by Ripu Rana Jai Hind Sir, Sir I had given an complaint against Anil kumar Bhalla urf Kaka running finance business and earning approx.30 to 35 lacs per month He took blank singed papers and blank singed cheques from peoples around Panchkula, chandigarh and blackmail the person by executing sell to agreement on that papers and have made property in crs but no action has been taken against him till date .Sir u r requested to take immediate action against him. In a short period he had made properties in crs.He says that he is Don of Panchkula Haryana .Sir do something his mobile number is [protected]. Residing at # 474 sector 4 Panchkula Haryana Pin 134112.

Pls take this matter seriously now he is exchangeing his black money with new currency Notes of Rs 2000 and also involved in exchangeing black money of his known friends taking 40 to 50% commisson.his ph no is [protected] u can easily trace him and his illegal activities.
