Income Tax Department — black money, cheating to customers

Sir, i bought house hold things in thiruvarur
Shop name new chinese bazar
Bazar street thiruvarur - 610001, they did not give bill for purchased things, during demonisation they exchange old and new currencies, now a days also some black money dealings are done here, they cheated to income tax department. The shop is one of the biggest shop in tiruvarur but they didn't have computer billing, no warranty for purchased things and rate also very high, they write a paper and give it as a bill, please consider my request to visit the shop to control black money holders.
