Y.2016-17 acknowledgement number [protected] dated[protected]. Jurisdiction details of income tax surat : area code: guj, ao type: w, range code: 407, ao number: 2, jurisdiction ward (1) (2), surat Dear sir, With reference to the above i wish to inform you that i had e-filled my itr on dt. 10/08/2016 for a. Y. 2016-17 ack no. [protected] without filling form 10e due to this demand notice is given by cpc bangalore (Demand notice no.[protected]t dt.[protected] after that i have successfully e-filled form 10 e on dt. 20.01.2017 ack no. [protected] and as per the instruction from cpc bangalore i have made the rectification of itr. (Ack no. [protected]) on dt.22.02.2017 and i have already sent the required document i. E. Form no. 16, salary arrears sheet, tax credit details and e filled form 10 e to my assessing officer. But till date my itr is not processed. I am in contact with the cpc bangalore and with my a. O. Since feb 2017 and cpc bangalore is always replying that your itr rectification file has transferred to your a. O. And my a. O. Is always replying that your file is still not transferred by the cpc bangalore. I also lodged the complain in e - nivaran five times for resolution but still it is not resolved. Sep 7, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved i have received mail from email id " [email protected]"sent by CPC Banglore has emailed me on dt 15.03.2017 and replied that your E-filed return/ rectification request has been transferred to your Jurisdictional Assessing Officer for processing. CPC will not be in a position to assist you if your return/rectification is transferred to your AO. Please contact your Jurisdictional Assessing Officer for further information.
So it is pending at A.O. level.
PLEASE RESOLVE THIS. Income Tax Department customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |
