Income Tax Department — delay in pan card

Address:Khordha, Odisha, 751015

I had applied for pan card before a month ago.but still it has not reached to me.I did check my acknowledgement no. status but it's not showing the proper information. It's only showing that "your pan card has been dispatched from income tax depatment and you will receive soon".
So, please help me on my complaint.i need the pan card urgently because i have to apply for a certain job.
Acknowledgement no.:N-[protected]
I have attached the screen shot of my pan pan card status with this complaint.kindly make an eye on that.
