Plz look into the matter mumbai based company hubtown is running project hubtown vadodara bus terminal under ppp model and doing transaction 40% in cash for purchasing commercial shops. I have purchased shop in 2014 and still i have not received my possession
And they are returning amount which is given cash which they called rtgs.
Plz visit vadodara or ahmadabad office at geeta mandir and find mis file
You will get all cash transactions details and other frauds

Updated by VadodaraRealEstate Hubtown Company Vadodara and Ahmadabad is doing most of the transaction in Cash and not showing anywhere
They are doing financial fraud against Gujarat Government and also Country
For any proof plz visit Hubtown office and ask to purchase shop and ready to give 40 cash amount
They will be ready to accept and not give any receipts will write only in pocket diary
