Complainant herein respectfully submits as follows:-

Complainant working as pre-school teacher cum Montessori trainer at The Apple Tender Care-International Pre-school situated at Hill Road, Poona Nagar, Aluva.
The said institution started in the year 2011 Feb17th, from the said period the complainant is working. The accused herein are indulged in lot of business and most of the time they are in Middle East.
In the year 2011 the institution started with four kids with monthly fees of Rs.1500/- at the time of admission as instructed by the accused the received amount towards admission ie; registration fees, Admission fees, Annual kit, Activity fees as such total amount of Rs.15000/- from the parents of a kid and deposited in the account maintained by the said institution.
In the due course the institution has flourished and become popular among the guardians of the kids, ultimately in the usual course the total income generated from such admissions are actually on an average Rs. 1.5 lakhs annually.
But on the other hand additional programme for training teachers also started for which the fees collected was Rs.20000/- in total which amounts to average of Rs.2lakhs annually.
The complainant also joined the said course after paying the said fee to be completed in connection with job that complainant was doing.
As a teacher complainant is drawing a consolidated salary of Rs.15000/-per month. In addition to the complainant there are three others are also working there in different categories. The total salaries of employees including complainant, electricity bill, water bill, telephone bill and other expenses are dispersed from the total amount generated from the institution.
Complainant has more than six years experience in the institution. Since it is a pre-school in general the number of kids enrollment fluctuate in each quarter, then accordingy there is fall in the total income generated in the institution.

As a matter of fact there is no proper accounting or paying tax for the income generated from the institution.

Complainant honestly executed the work entrusted by the accused for the last six years and enjoyed the service by the accused in full satisfaction.

The accused are doing so many business including exhibition and sale of garments stitched and unstitched imported from abroad in avenues such as posh hotels, halls, personal residence in Ernakulum district. As a paid employee of the accused the complainant also rendered sincere service for the smooth running of the business.

Since such a clanstin business is well known to the complainant, as the garments imported or sourced by interstate are illegal. Sale effected is evaded to pay tax etc. the accused wants to oust to the complainant by putting serious allegation and financial liability.

At this juncture I request your good self to initiate legal proceedings against the accused for the offences committed. That is wrongful restrained, criminal intimitation, making false valuable security etc.

When the complainant siad that the same would be notified to the income tax department the accused confined the complaintant in the residence on the 21st Mar 2017 at around 10am IST along with five persons were also present there and they are identifiable to the complainant threatning to do away with complaintants life.
