Income Tax Department — I'm Complaining about my Pan Account activation

My Name is Ramesh Chander And My Pan is ABDPC1753G Having the issue in Login the i'd as i get the reminder for the tax department to login the details again but when i try to login they say kindly contact your assessing officer as i went to the it office Rohtak, Haryana they said me to write the application and it will activate within a week but it didn't resolved then again i went to the office they said me to that you have go to income tax department Sonipat for activating then i went to the sonipat they too said me to write down the application and it will activate within a week but it went a month but still yhe same problem kindly help me to resolve my problem
