Income Tax Department — I'm complaining about the fee structure in private / deemed medical college

Hi I would like to bring to your notice that all private medical college in tamil nadu and pondycherry are hoarding cash and demanding high fee structure for MBBS and MD/MS ex saveetha medical college is demanding 30-35 lakh per year in their own website similarly SRM is demanding 50lakhs per year. If they are demanding so much how would normal people be able to afford and even if people are affording money what is having to all the cash is it coming under taxable income for them how will they account for such high structure fee? Please do take necessary actions against these university and college because hon`able Prime minister is keen on eradicating black money but it still remains to be prevalent here
