Income Tax Department — issue of a pan number

Respected sir/madam,
Sub:- pan card not received & 2nd reminder

I have applied for a pan card in oktober 2017 and have still not received it.
The acnowledgement number is: [protected]

I have been checking the status and it says that the application is being processed.

I am not able to reach the tin center at the number[protected].
Please let me know how to proceed.
