Income Tax Department — Land owner does not provide pan card details even though they take 10000 rs. As house rent

Hi there,

I have a complaint about the land owner of the building in which i'm residing currently.
They are not providing the pan card details to me for tax declaration (As i'm paying more than 1 lakh for house rent yearly), even though they take 10000 rs. Per month as rent.

Landowner details:
Vsn residency, munnekolala, manjunath layout, shirdi sai nagar,
Bangalore, 560037.

Please take some action against these people, they only ask rent to be pain in cash, even at the time of demonitisation.
