Income Tax Department — landlord not giving pan card

Address:187/67, Sarup Tower, sector 17 A, landmark- double attraction salon, 122001

My landlord takes cash every month when I started transferring online, he came and shouted on me, he doesn't even share her PAN no. though they use to charge high rent and electricity bills.
If you dare to raise voice against them, then they harass you by cutting water supply, I have been facing this from last 3 years.

The desirable solution would be - at least provide the PAN number to the tenant
or let them online transfer the amount

Kanpur retail business specially Laxmi handloom, Shivam garments macchariya market Yashoda Nagar and other firm GST not paid. And a wholesaler not create a tax invoice, so I requested please check and chargeable amount to charge
