Income Tax Department — misuse of pan

Dear sir/madam,
When i want to register for e-filling of income tax and when i enter my pan it informs that my pan has been already registered. So i went to contact details, there i viewed some one has filled their mobile & mail i'd for my pan. I then edited them. But i want to know how this happened.
I request you to take stringent action against that person and protect my pan. The details are

Pan : aespr7066p
Mob: [protected]
Fraud name entered in it portal : ravivarman
Mob:, [protected]

I request you to kindly consider this complaint as in person and do the need ful.
