Income Tax Department — mr bipin kumar is asking rs32500 from me

Dear sir/madam,

I have one query that mr bipin kumar is asking rs32500 from me as an income tax from my second source of earning. I had already deposited rs1050 as a registration charges on date 29oct, 2018.
Can you please tell me this is the right way or some is doing fraud with me.
Please help me.

Enclosed documents for your reference.
1. Enclosed are the document decided from your tower insulation company.
2. They are asking me to submit tax of rupees 32500/-
On a/c of mr bipin kumar (Mob -[protected], [protected], [protected])
A/c no [protected] & ifsc code sbin0011810. Can i deposit the above said amount on suggested person.
3. Is the registration no upc15-332p221 is correct or not.
