Income Tax Department — my correspond is not processing by it officials at gandhinagar as well as online forum

My pan no. Is abopp6243p and had received outstanding demand from it dept. I have personally visited gandhinagar cpc office and met the concern officer, who had solved my issue online and given me the receipt of the copy which is online submitted by him. Eventhough it has not reflected online when i login into my it account, hence i have registered my compliance online also. Yet it has not been accepted or processed by it dept. And still i am receiving the notice from it dept to solve the outstanding demand, which i have already done.
