Income Tax Department — My PAN is not unique and is shared by one more person.

Most humbly, i am Pramod Kumar Mishra and my PAN is AHUPM1740N. But the phone number and email linked to the PAN is not mine. There is another person with same name. I am facing several problems due to this.
There is an urgent need of a PAN card to which my phone number is linked. Kindly help me in this concern.
