Income Tax Department — name initials are not allowing to take in database

Address:Kozhikode, Kerala, 673302

In all my documents except pan card, the name is mentioned as "surjith t". The same cannot be put in income tax dept database because single letter initials are not allowed as said.
So, in pan card my name mentioned as "surjith theneri".
But i am unable to withdraw my pf amount due to this mismatch while attaching pan to uan.
Kindly help me to resolve the same issue.
