Income Tax Department — no record of pan card found

Address:VPO-Sehlang, District-Mahendergarh, Mahendragarh, Haryana, 123027

Sir, i have applied for my pan card (Online) through nsdl on 12th july 2019.
In few hours after the submission of application, i received my e-pan. I have been checking the status of my pan card since then, my physical pan card was dispatched on 14th july 2019 which is expected to be arrived by 24th july.
But when i go on to incometaxindia efilling site to verify my pan, it shows"no record found for the given pan".
Please help me to resolve this.

Though it was done by e KyC (Adhar Card) all process done with payment and recieve acknowledgement no [protected]
