Income Tax Department — non issue of pan card correction

Hello sir,

Ackn. No. Of [protected] for correction of pan card request is submitted on dated 25th april 2017, but till now pan card is not issued from the department. So, please given a reason for non correction of pan card. To know the reason for non issuance of pan carretion request is not prcoessed.in online status process is under process is shown tell us why pan card is not corrected
