Income Tax Department — Non payment of income tax in spite of huge property & cash transactions

Dear team,

I have recently wrote to principal chief commissioner k. C jain for this complaint via written letter in last month but no action should be taken right now. Inspite of my complaint one of income tax officer from alwar office gave information about complaint.

I have complaint about two persons one is nityanand yadav s/o of late nand ram yadav & second is mukesh yadav s/o rajendra yadav both of resident of village mouthuka tehsil kishangarh bas distt - alwar (Raj.).

Both of these are uncle & nephew in relation.

I give a brief description regarding their illegal transactions like —

1. They buy a property in crores & developed as modi nagar in kishangarh tijara road all transactions in cash no record.

2. There office in name of yaduvanshi properties at mouthuka chowk kishangarh.

3. They have a shop in new anaj mandi kishangarh but now mostly closed.

4. They buy property in alwar near ahimsha circle jaipur road as i have information but they sod out without paying a single rupee tax.

5. Recently by nityanand in his daughter marriage expenses of about 2 crores all in cash.

These both are farmers with a little land for agriculture & you saw after action that how much income tax is pending at their side and that they lived a luxurious life without paying a single rupee tax, so pls make action immediately without giving information at alwar income tax office because of their resources at local office.
