Income Tax Department — non payment of tax deducted by two companies

I am an it asessee with pan no aacpg8271h, for the it return filed for the assessment year 2016-17 the department has made a demand of rs.14054 apparently due to non availability of tds details
I wish to bring to your notice that the two companies namely sheltrex developers ltd (Tan mums80027d) and velohar infra pvt ltd (Tan chev10314d) have not remitted the tax deducted on the payments made to me during the financial year 2015-16. My repeated requests to the companies are not yielding any result. I seek the help of the department in bringing this defaulters who cheat the public to the book.

I am a senior citizen aged 68 years. Kindly help

Acknowledgement received on PAN CARD Request submission received on 21.02.2017 for regeneration of PAN Card - Acknowledgement number [protected].

Payment Made Online, Documents required was submitted Online and physically sent to PUNE NSDL.

No Pan card received yet, Please help.
