Income Tax Department — Non-receipt of Form 16 from ex-employer

Dear Sir/Madam,

My name is Souvik Chatterjee (Ph no.-[protected]). I was working with my ex-employer Builders Box India Pvt. Ltd. (Address-Unit G2-G3, Red Cross Bhavan. 26, Race Course Road. Bangalore-560001) till 04.06.16.

Last week, I requested my ex-employer to share my Form16 for fiscal year[protected] with me. But there is no response in spite of sending repeated mails. My PAN no. is AHUPC2047G. Please help me get the same.

My residential address is - Flat no.202, Prakrith Palms. Survey no.94, 3rd Main Road, Hoysala Nagar. Bangalore-560016
