Income Tax Department — non receipt of income-tax refund

I have not received refund of income-tax return for the assessment year 2018-19. I had file income-tax return on 01 Jul 17. My return acknowledgement no is [protected]. My PAN NO IS AYJPS1742G.pls help me for refund for which I will be grateful to you. Those people who file the return after me they have got their refund but I have not received any refund.pls solve my problem.
