Income Tax Department — Non-receipt of Pan Card bearing no BIOPC1926J

I had applied for new pan card on 17th Oct 2016 and got the card bearing number BIOPC1926J. Unfortunately it printed my date of birth as 01/04/1975. I had submitted correction request. When there was no sight of corrected Pan CArd, I had applied fresh again on 10th Feb 2017. Another two months are completing and yet I have not received Pan Card till now.
