Dear Sir,
I would like to draw your kind attention to the fact that observing all the formalities I have submitted the Income Tax returns for the assessment year 2007-08 & 2008-09 the copies of which are attached herewith for your kind perusal. But I regret to inform you that I do not appear to have received the Refundable amount till date.
It is not out of place to mention here that I am passing my days in acute hardship.
So, your favorable & early action in this matter will help me to get some relief in these days of hardship.
