[Resolved]  Income Tax Department — Not received pan card against money

Sir,
I 've submitted all documents to iswar patel of chinsurah income tax office, khadinamore chinsurah hoghly, phone no.[protected]. For correction of name on 8th march 2017. He has taken 150.00 rs for this work. After repeated request goes in vain. I am old aged woman. Please sort out this problem and take necessary action so that i can have my pan card urgently.
