Income Tax Department — Owner refuses to share pan details

Hi,

I am resident of laxmi nivas, 4 cross, 5 main malleshpallya, cv raman nagar, bangalore,

I am staying in this building from last 2 years and paying rent in cash 10500/month as my owner do not accept wire.
Last year when i had asked for his pan details he did not give by saying 8300 is rent and rest of the amount (1700 inr) are maintenance charges though this building do not have any facilities.
This year he has increased the rent by 500 inr and again he said 8300 is rent and rest of (2200inr) are maintenance charges and did not give his pan.

This whole thing looks suspicious to me as he owned 4 other residential apartment and take only cash from all the talent and do the same thing with all.
