My name is jayita roy pan card no. Bhdpr7763j. I have lost my pan card in the area of tcs gitabitan, sector 5, bidhan nagar saltlake kolkata 700091, west bengal for attempting a exam on 30.04.2017, so kindly register a complaint against it so that no one can misuse of that. Besides it i would request you for further information, how to apply for pan card or for duplicate pan card.
