Income Tax Department — Pan card not dispatched | |||
My pan card number was issued two weeks ago and since then the pan card has not been dispatched. Nobody picks up the call at customer care, it's always busy, no matter when you call. What is the point of customer care number if no one is there to pick it up and no response to emails, no way to contact. How is the customer supposed to understand what is happening? Sir/ma'am I have applied for pan card online before 6 month but till that date I have not received pan card, when I have track online it shows pan card despatched
