Dear Sir/Madam, With due respect I would like to draw your kind attention that I have applied for PAN correction from NSDL website against Acknowledgment Number: [protected]. I have got confirmation from NSDL that PAN correction has been processed successfully with status update message that Your PAN card has been dispatched on 13-May-2019 by VELEX LOGISTICS PVT LTD courier vide airway bill no. [protected], at the address for communication indicated by you in the application. The PAN card is expected to be delivered by 23-May-2019. I have contacted NSDL Customer Care Number regarding this delay in PAN card delivery. They have shared the contact details of VELEX LOGISTICS PVT LTD courier with Contact Nos: RO East Office[protected] and HO Office- [protected], but none of these are either reachable or not picking. Again i reported NSDL Customer Care & they have assured that the matter has been escalated. Yesterday upon checking the VELEX courier tracking portal, I came to know that the SHIPMENT LOST remarks provided against the airway bill no. [protected]. Attached snapshot for quick reference.
