I am not received the card presence time

I was enquiry the courier office he said, mention the address on top of the cover is wrong so, it got return so it is somebody else mistake

Please mention my phone no. Is [protected]
And resent as i mention above the address.

In my pan card spelling mistake .Original "venkata" --wrong one is "venkat".

Please replace" venkata" in place of "venkat".
