Income Tax Department — Pending for processing of Income tax return

For non - processing of it return ay - 2016-17, bearing a pan holder detail - bcypp2503a, date of birth[protected], i have filed it return ay-2016-17 on 28th jan 2017, acknowledgemnt received status for veriication is on 27th feb 2017 but still now its incomplete for processing.. I have called in cpc department since 15 days but still not getting any response from it department.. Kindly do the needful.. Its my humble request
